Years ago, I was facing serious health challenges. My body was in constant pain, I was placed on multiple medications, and I could barely care for my children, let alone work a job in the grown world, that demanded more than I could give. I felt lost, tired and unheard.
But I also Knew… I was not meant to just survive. I was meant to heal.
So I turned to the wisdom of my ancestors, nature and spirit. I began learning, Studying and making herbal remedies at my kitchen table for myself, for my children and family for our healing.
And slowly…. the pain eased. The fog lifted (Lupus Fog) And the purpose became clear.
