I started Essential Herbal Creations not as a business — but as a lifeline.
Years ago, I was facing serious health challenges. My body was in constant pain, I was placed on multiple medications, and I could barely care for my children — let alone work a job in the “grown world” that demanded more than I could give. I felt lost, tired, and unheard.
But I also knew… I was not meant to just survive. I was meant to heal.
So I turned to the wisdom of my ancestors, nature, and spirit. I began learning, studying, and making herbal remedies at my kitchen table — for myself, for my children, for our healing.
And slowly… the pain eased.
The fog lifted.
And the purpose became clear.
